Plan the first conversation before the first tile comes off.

Use photographs, rough measurements, saved ideas and a realistic budget to make your bathroom or en-suite consultation more useful.

Project planner

Prepare the information that makes the first conversation useful.

You do not need every answer. A few photographs, basic dimensions and your priorities help us understand the likely scope.

1. Photograph the room

Include the entrance, each wall, existing fittings, windows, boxing, radiators and any visible pipework.

2. Note rough sizes

Room length, width and ceiling height, plus the main door and window positions, are enough for an early discussion.

3. Save your ideas

Product links, colours, tiles and room images help explain the finish you are drawn to.

4. Set a realistic budget

A budget range lets us guide the design and product choices toward something deliverable.

5. Think about priorities

Bath or shower, storage, easy cleaning, accessibility, rental durability and timing can change the plan.

6. Book the survey

The property survey is where drainage, water, ventilation, access and buildability are properly checked.
