Do you provide free home surveys?+
Yes, for suitable planned projects in our core coverage area. Wider-area enquiries are reviewed by project size and location.
Do you have a showroom?+
287 Munster Road is an office and consultation base rather than a traditional product showroom. It is a place to discuss the room, ideas, products and installation plan.
Can I buy products from another retailer?+
Yes. We can work with customer-chosen products after checking dimensions, compatibility, delivery and installation requirements.
Do you provide CAD designs?+
We focus on practical layouts, visual concepts and a buildable specification rather than selling a separate CAD design service.
How far do you travel?+
We work across London and consider suitable larger planned projects in Surrey, Kent and Hampshire.
Do you carry out small jobs?+
Selected smaller bathroom works are available, including toilet, tap, screen, mirror, radiator and tiling upgrades. General emergency plumbing is not the purpose of this website.
How do payments work?+
The written quotation sets out the payment stages for the specific project before work begins.
Can you add an en-suite to a bedroom?+
Potentially. We first check remaining room size, drainage, water supply, ventilation, electrics and approvals.
Will an en-suite increase rent?+
It may improve appeal and support a higher asking rent, but the result varies. Our spare-room page explains one real example and wider evidence without making a guarantee.
